What You'll Do
- Operate your assigned truck with a sense of responsibility and accountability that reflects true ownership of your work tool
- Coordinate delivery logistics and lead a two-person porter team, ensuring clear communication and shared accountability
- Ensure compliance with route plans, delivery schedules, and SOPs
- Uphold stock and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Build and maintain trusted relationships through professional and responsive customer service
- Submit complete daily reports and route documentation with attention to detail
- Support collaborative team performance, setting a consistent and reliable example
- Promote professionalism and pride in execution—quiet leadership that raises the bar
You're Ideal If You
- Have proven experience operating heavy commercial vehicles and hold the required license
- Are meticulous in balancing stock and reconciling cash
- Understand that details drive trust, from order to invoice
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members
